Welcome to eXp Realty and the Four Aces organization. This is your roadmap for the first 30 days. Work through each phase in order, check things off as you go, and lean on your sponsor whenever you have a question. You are not doing this alone.

Your progress saves automatically on this device, so you can close the tab and pick right back up. Bookmark this page and make it your daily first stop for the next month.

Phase 1

Day 1 · Complete your application & set up eXp World

Day 1· about 2.5 to 3 hours
Complete eXp application & sign ICA documents

Have your laptop and Wi-Fi ready. Takes about 30 minutes. This does NOT notify your current brokerage right away.

Visit eXp.World & take the guided tour

Tours run Mon to Fri at 1:00, 3:00 & 5:00 ET. It runs right in your browser, no download needed.

Browse the eXp calendar of classes

Add your state meetings to your Google Calendar as recurring reminders.

Complete Agent Resource Guide startup sessions

The 1-hour Basic session is required. The 2-hour session is highly recommended. Both are offered several times a week.

Update all your marketing materials. Your eXp membership includes a Canva Enterprise account with MLS-linked templates (listing presentations, postcards, flyers, and more), so use it. Questions go to marketing@exprealty.net.

Set up Passport / eXp OKTA

Arrives in your Welcome Email along with your eXp email alias. Use Chrome as your browser.

Order your New Agent Starter Kit

Free for new agents (one-time credit, your cart will show $0). Includes 250 business cards, 15 presentation folders, a branded mug, and a welcome booklet. Heads up: activate Passport, set up your CRM, and have your business phone number ready first, the store checks for them.

Download eXp Hub

The official platform for agent networking, messaging, and company announcements.

Track your rev share group, commissions, achievements, and referrals from your phone.

Your transaction management platform. Download the app and complete Basic Training.

Days 5 to 7 · Know your broker & build your foundation

Attend state broker orientation

Find your state's schedule on the eXp calendar. Join in eXp World, then head to Broker State.

Join your local Association / MLS

Pay your dues, attend the new agent orientation, and pick up a lockbox if your board doesn't supply one.

Update all social media profiles

Same professional photo everywhere, plus your updated brokerage name, bio, and website on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok.

Questions everyone asks

I just got an invoice from eXp. Is that an error?

Nope! That's your sign-up payment. The payment info you entered during the application is just kept on file, the invoice is how you actually pay. Go ahead and pay it when it lands.

Will my current brokerage find out the moment I apply?

No. Submitting the eXp application does not notify your current brokerage right away. You stay in control of when and how that conversation happens.

How long does the application review take?

Usually about 48 hours. After that come your ICA signature and the license transfer. Most agents are fully active within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the state.

eXpCare keeps calling and texting me. Is that legit?

Yes! That's eXp's onboarding team verifying your details. Answering quickly is the single best thing you can do to keep your file moving.

They sent my ICA back with edits. Did I mess something up?

Not at all. Edits are completely routine. Just re-sign it and send it back, no harm done.

Where can I check my onboarding status?

Log in to My eXp at my.exprealty.com. It shows your onboarding progress in real time, so you never have to wonder where things stand.
